Gary graduated with an MSW from the University of Vermont Adelphi program in 1986, and began his private clinical practice in Montpelier, specialized in individual therapy, family and parenting issues. In 1996, Gary received an M.Ed. degree from Antioch New England, and spent the next ten years teaching, founding and running The Mount Ascutney School, in Brownsville, VT.
Gary now returns to his clinical practice, with a focus on helping individuals and families become more successful and happy with each other.
Gary has two adult children, three grand children, and is currently raising two adopted daughters. Parenting remains his favorite part of life.
